Vacations Close To Umraniye Atakent Kultur Merkezi

The Amarda is a traditional hotel. I had a Junior Suite and it was great. The jewel in the crown has to be the rooftop terrace restaurant. The Blue Mosque forms a huge backdrop and it quite spectacular when it is lit up at night. The food was lovely. The hotel serves alcohol but as with all of Turkey, it is relatively expensive. The hotel is close to the water's edge and so that was nice too. The hotel is quite, but close to the main road and so taxi's are easy to get. It is about a fifteen minute stroll up a gentle incline to get to Sultanhamet Square, where most of the tours set off from. The benefit, I suppose, is that it is a fifteen minute downhill stroll when you are tired, at the end of the day.

Breakfast is great !!! And the staff is amazing!

We should have taken the invoice when we left the hotel. They told they will send in a few days.

Its nice an clean staff are good but would of been if there was breakfast and dinner

The location of this property was excellent The staff were superb a special mention for Gokhan Turgoklu the duty manager that was around upon check in .. he went over and above to make our overall stay superb AJWA. We will definitely be back

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The hotel is a little away from the main area, but still conveniently located near a tram stop (Tram 1). Unfortunately, there were two things I wasn’t happy with. First, our room had very limited natural daylight because it faced a backyard with a dark artificial wall just a few metres away. Second, the twin beds were too narrow for my comfort.
