Comfortable stay at an old madame

This is a comfortable hotel with excellent service. Its old and starting to become tired, but the staff make up for it through their service, and of course the beautiful views.

Liked the quality and service of this 5 star property - clean, friendly and attentive. Disliked the reckless and carless driving in the streets where the behaviours are lawless and total disregard for pedestrians or traffic rules and laws - very unsafe to walk or drive.

Excellent service and atmosphere. Clean and great location near restaurants and right by the ocean with beautiful views. The building is old so you can feel the history of the place compared with a modern hotel. The service and the location by the ocean is worthy to try. Breakfast is absolutely the best we had around South Africa!!

Excellent hotel for special occasion

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Check-in was friendly and easy. Our suite was gorgeous, with a big seating area, two balconies, and a comfy bed with luxurious linens. We were spoilt rotten during our entire stay. Breakfast was delicious. This is a great recommendation if you are celebrating a special occasion. Well done, Beverly Hills. Thank you for making us feel special.

I stay here often and really enjoy Beverly Hill. The reception is very friendly and the servers are great. I left my room and left my toiletries in the bathroom. I came back to collect them and the maids said there was nothing in the room. Please be very careful leaving anything unattended in your room, there is a problem with theft.

SPLENDOUR ON THE INDIAN OCEAN

The Beverly Hills Hotel nestled along the Umhlanga coast is both beautiful and welcoming. The hearty reception on our arrival & the professional Check-in experience set the tone for what was a truly beautiful stay. A stunning room with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean and the sounds of the waves breaking on the shore were mesmerising. A modified Afternoon Tea at The Lounge, Dinner at the Elements and Breakfast at the Sugar Club were all sublime. Dining was a gastronomical delight which was further enhanced by the warmth, attentiveness and hospitality of the Staff. Every member at the Beverly Hills were courteous, accommodating & ensured that we were more than comfortable at all times. This was an unrivalled hotel stay which has certainly beckoned our return in the future. Thank You Beverly Hills !!

This hotel was extremely over priced. Room decor is very outdated, aircon unit made noise. When we arrived at our room the cleaning staffing were sitting on the floor in the hallway relaxing and chatting loudly. No help with our bags. Ordered food at the pool that took over an hour to arrive and was burnt. Only positive is the bed was comfortable, linen exceptional and towels were best I have ever used.
