One night stay.

We were on a road trip around Sweden. Check in was quick and easy with parking within the building which was very handy. Our room was very nice with a city and river view. The decor of the room was quite modern with a few different features to lots of hotels. The bed was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice so no complaints.

1. I booked a double room, but the sink was in the bedroom. There was a strange sewer smell. I wanted to change room，but was told that I could only change to a single room, so I didn't change. 2 There is a bathtub, but it has only a very narrow baffle. Even if you take a shower carefully, water will still splash everywhere. 3 The price fluctuates greatly. The one we booked one month in advance is twice as expensive as if you book two days in advance. Other four-star hotels in the surrounding area do not have such a large price fluctuation

Helt okej rum, rent och fint. Ingen service fanns förutom städning. Du fick checka in själv via dator. Ingen upplysning om t ex parkering ( blev p-böter). Vi hittade ingen uppgift om när frukost serveras.

Dålig och strulig frukost miljö.

Hotellrummet var bra, men det var ganska lyhört och ljudet utifrån gatan väldigt högt. Avsaknaden av reception och att checka in via en "apparat" är både opersonligt och lite krångligt. Frukosten var nog den sämsta jag varit med om under alla år, framförallt ingen ordning och personalen var varken gästvänliga eller serviceinriktade. Jag har svårt att förstå att man inte kommit på en bättre lösning på det.
