The hotel is close the train station and downtown, the hotel is not brand new but room is clean, My stay includes the breakfast and dinner, it's a very good price. Very friendly staffs as well.

Comfortable hotel, dinner included but only one choice if you choose that otherwise 15% off normal menu. Hairdryer and fan worked intermittently. Staff friendly, good safe location.

Rooms were not clean.. and the shower water drain was full and preventing water from draining.. Breakfast wasn't that good and even on Sunday were the food and bread old from the day before

Really realy bad service

Hotel room is good. Personell service was the worst I have ever seen from any service personell. The people at the breakfast the 9& 11 of juli was more interested in speaking with each other that doing there job, to make sure they filled up on empty breakfast and removed dished from empty tables. Reception was also not interested in the customer. I'm in Umea regularly but will never stay at this hogel acain

Ett personligt och bra hotell med kvällsmat inkluderat i rumspriset. En bra frukost. Ett extra plus var att man kunde flytta en av mina fyra nätter trots en bokning som Inte var ombokningsbar. Sånt glömmer man aldrig! Rum och säng uppfyllde mina krav. Återkommer.

Återkommer

Är student och gör min VFU i Umeå. Att få en mindre middag på hotellet är mycket bra i ett sådant läge. En anledning att återkomma vid nästa VFU. Tidig frukost kl 05:30 är också positivt om man ska till jobb eller utbildning. I övrigt är hotellrummet rent och fint.
