Staff was very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room was a little small, but the price wasn't outrageous. The location was close to downtown shopping and public transportation. Reduced-price parking was nice, but spots were taken pretty quickly, depending on the time of day. Overall, I will recommend it to others.

Fabulous stay

I come every year on business and I always come back to the Elite Mimer. I travel a lot as part of my job, but I get hands down the best sleep here. Mattresses you sink into, excellent showers and full length baths to soak weary bones. The restaurant is incredible too- cannot recommend highly enough!

Not the best, not the worst; the hotel staff is friendly and professional - the woman working the breakfast was working hard to keep up with all the guest, they should be able to have more staff during breakfast to keep the level a bit higher. The rooms are fine, the bed is ok and so is the breakfast.

The worst experience in Elite hotels. Daily cleaning was awful. I told to reception after the first day, but no solution for that. Actually it got worst in the second and third day.

Intressant att bo i ett hotel där 2 av våra döttrar hade gått i konstlinje på gymnasiet.Personal var utmärkt fina och tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Men ljud isolering var väldigt dålig!! Man kunde höra TV i rummen bredvid, och höra också när dörrarna i rummen bredvid slog till! Väldigt störande! Frukost buffé var riklig och smakrigt och vänligt serverat, men i början var det inte så lätt att hitta var alla saker var. Men personalen hjälpte till. It was interesting to stay in a hotel where 2 of our daughters had taken the high school art program in Mimerskola long before it became a hotel. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and fresh. But the sound insulation was quite inferior! One could hear the TV in the room(s) beside and also when the doors of the rooms next door slammed shut.! Very disturbing. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious and courteously served, though in the beginning, it was not the easiest to find where everything was situated. But staff helped out.

Trevligt och centralt hotell nära centrum. Trevlig personal och fint rum. Lite stressigt när frukostpersonalen började plocka bort fastän det var en halvtimme kvar. Vi fick be om påfyllning av exempelvis smör och brödet fylldes inte på. Vi bodde på källarvåningen och det var inte en vanlig säng utan ett sängskåp med madrass på en planka. Inte särskilt bekvämt och detta framgick inte i rumsbeskrivningen så välj ett rum på annat våningsplan om ni vill sova gott! I övrigt ett väldigt trevligt hotell.
