Sale… pas de nettoyage… pas de changement de draps et d’essuie malgré la demande… Une piscine degueulasse avec des personnes extérieures à l’infrastructure. Aucune surveillance à la piscine… Pas de sauveteur et des gens qui courent, jouent au ballon, sautent, plongent, utilisent des bouées, se baignent nus et viennent même avec leur chien alors que tout cela est interdit.

Wir sind das 3. Mal schon dort gewesen. Dieses Jahr war es auch wieder schön. Doch wenn Partygäste angereist sind, nahmen die keine Rücksicht mit der lauten Musik bis in den frühen Morgenstunden und ab 9 Uhr morgens ging es weiter.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet, unheimlich unbequeme Betten, Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft, zimmertüren gehen nicht richtig zu, kaum eine freie Steckdose, Kühlschrank ohne Kühlfach, unsichere eingangstür, sehr hellhörig.

Den Check-in fanden wir schon problematisch. Alle Neuankömmlinge dürfen erst ab 14.00 Uhr einchecken. Die Warteschlange war entsprechend. Die Appartementtür lässt sich nicht abschließen. Die Möbel sind sehr abgenutzt. Die Tür zum Balkon war kaputt. In den Zimmer waren Ameisen. Trotz unserem Hund hat man diese versucht durch ein Giftspray zu beseitigen. Das wurde uns da gelassen. Die Küche ist mager ausgestattet (zB 3 Teelöffel im 5 Personen Appartement, kein Spülmittel, Waschlappen usw.). Der Strand war ok. Sehr glatte Zugänge ins Wasser. Wenig Schatten. Trockener, roter Boden rumdherum. Der kleine Zug nach Umag und zurück war komfortabel, aber kostenpflichtig. Bezahlte Parkplätze ständig voll. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmen überhaupt nicht überein.

Sono stato ospite per la seconda volta nel giro di un paio di mesi per un fine settimana, il mio appartamento era bello e la posizione altrettanto, ma il personale (al di fuori di quello della reception) si è confermato poco professionale: la domenica mattina il check out è previsto alle 10, ma tra le 8 e 55 e le 9.05 sono entrati in appartamento per ben due volte senza bussare e chiedere permesso per sapere a che ora uscivamo.... mentre eravamo in biancheria intima a chiudere le valigie. No comment.....non ci rivedono più.

Wir hatten Glück und ein sehr neu renoviertes Appartment mit Blick aufs Meer und 2 Minuten zum Pool...Dieser hat leider nur mit seiner Größe überzeugt. Fliesen fallen ab, geputzt wird er wohl nie, viel zu wenig Liegestühle und nirgendwo Schatten. Die Apartments waren zwar mit dem nötigsten ausgestatte, aber leider erfolgt auch bei 10 tägigem Aufenthalt keine Reinigung, zumindest eine Reinigung des Bades wäre schön.. Jeden Tag Toilettenpapier aufgefüllt und frische Handtücher und sehr freundliches Reinigungspersonal... An sich ist die Lage aber gut und ein netter Spaziergang nach Umag lohnt sich auch.

Property was near the beach ,with a lovely sea view ,which was fantastic,however,the bedroom did not had a double bed as we expected,but two single beds put together,which made our resting very uncomfortable,due to the beds splitting over the night.Unfortunately we had to sleep ,each one of us on his own single bed as the beds split,if one of us tried to reach the middle.I can say we slept individually for the entire holiday.😞

Ausstattung dürftig, Balkon sehr schmal. Insgesamt merkt man , dass teilweise nur drüberrenoviert wurde und neue Möbel reingestellt wurden. In einem Wandschrank roch es schimmelig.Reinigungspersonal sehr nett. Schneller Check-in und Check-out. Anlage sehr groß, nette kleine Bäckerbude, Meer schön sauber und fußläufig ist ein Naturstrand mit Bistro zu erreichen, da uns die betonierten Liegeflächen in der Anlage nicht so gefallen haben waren wir meist dort. Pool hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, ist aber ok.

Very disappointed family.

All the family was disappointed by the reality. It was quite different than presented by advertisement and pictures. The beach was disaster - concrete blocks everywhere and we were scared to let daughter play there. Nobody invested money in repairs and overhaul since 90's. Thanks got immediately we found new and beautiful accommodation.

Nur 3 Bettzeuge für 4 Personen! Trotz mehrfacher Urgenz an der Rezeption war es nicht möglich während des gesamten Aufenthaltes eine Decke für meinen Sohn aufzutreiben!! Die Zimmerreinigung ist einfach unter jeder Kritik. Schon bei Bezug war das Appartement alles andere als Sauber, sogar Müll von den Gästen zuvor noch vorhanden. 1 Rolle Wc Papier für 4 Personen ist nur ein Beispiel für das Service. Falls überhaupt gereinigt wurde dann immer schlechter. Klimaanlage defekt!Waschbecken und Wc wurden überhaupt nie gereinigt.Das Geschirr soweit vorhanden war klebrig und dreckig von Anbeginn. Positiv: Die Aussicht. Schlafzimmer des Superior Appartement viel zu klein und kein Tv. Statt 2 grossen Schlafsofas nur ein Grosses.

2 Zimmer Appartement direkt am Strand

Das Apartment (superior) bietet für 2 Erwachsene mit 1älteren Kind, 17 Jahre genug Platz. Diäas Wohnzimmer/Esszimmer besteht aus einer ausziehbaren Couch ca 1.40x2.00m, einem Esstisch für 4 Personen und einem Schreibtisch mit darüber hängende LCD Tv. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls mit Tisch und Stühlen bestückt. Die kleine Küche im Flur mit Mikrowelle Kühlschrank und 2 Ceranherdplatten reicht zum Frühstück machen und auch mal zum Spagetti mit Tomatensauce kochen. Wir hatten ohne Essen gebucht obwohl es auch ein Restaurant für HP oder nur Frühstück gibt, da wir keine Frühaufsteher sind und haben lieber auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Beim Restaurant gibt es auch einen Supermarkt und eine Bäcker Hütte mit frischen Brötchen Süsswaren oder auch Salzigem zb Burek Pizza. Das Schlafzimmer besteht aus einem 2x2m großen Bett und genügend Platz im WandSchrank in dem auch der Safe war. Im Wohnzimmer war auch noch ein Wandschrank. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die SuperiorAppartments befinden sich alle in 1. Reihe zum Meer und in der Nähe des recht großen Pools, den wir aber kaum genutzt haben da es dort immer sehr voll war und kein bißchen Schatten. Wir haben uns immer unter die schattenspendenden Bäume vor dem Apartment und direkt am Meer gelegt. Dort gab es zusätzlich zu dem am Pool auch noch ein Cafe mit Sacks Zusammenfassend waren wir mit Lage Sauberkeit etc sehr zufrieden nur die Betten könnten etwas weicher sein aber das ist ja Geschmackssache Das WLAN war auch sehr gut.
