Staff was nice. Room was large with a big bathroom. Very quiet. Best bed, pillows, bathroom and overall room on our Christmas Market travels thus far. The staff was also very helpful in ordering a cab to the train station and making sure we didn’t miss it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location in downtown Ulm, great for shopping and dining, everything is in walking distance. The heated bathroom floor is very nice! They offer a buffet breakfast. We only missed having a coffee machine in the room. The staff is very friendly, I have stayed there before and recommend the Ricu hotel for a stay in Ulm.

This hotel is in a great location if you want to see the old town sites. It is near plenty of restaurants and bakeries. Barfurber Haus is attached. That was our favorite restaurant while in Ulm. The hotel breakfast was low on some of the selection such as bacon an cressants. That was disappointing. The room was great. Good technology. Plenty of USB ports to keep everything charged. The TV accommodated our YouTube premium account so we had a great selection of things to watch. We stayed there 5 nights. We then moved to the RiKu in Neu Ulm for our second week in Ulm. The Neu Ulm location was not nearly as updated.

Location is very good, directly central in the city. Bars, Restaurants directly in the area (even in the ground floor of the same building). Very friendly and quick reception. The only little thing is disliked is: when i entered the room, it was smelling smoke, obviously somebody was smoking in this room before. This is very inconvient for non-smokers and should be made sure by the hotel. Obviously only signs with 200EUR fees are not sufficient.

Rigtig god beliggenhed midt i byen og ovenpå et bryggeri med god mad så det er bare et super godt sted og rigtig gode værelser og hvis du er kørestolsbruger, er det et rigtig godt hotel med et rigtig godt handicapværelse med rigtig god plads.
