Although no fault of the hotel, Ulm at present has many roadworks, so navigation off the A8 Autobahn was a nightmare. Surprisingly, the hotel has no restaurant for evening meals. With it being a 25 min walk into the centre, you had to be creative in your meal planning. Parking was just okay with 3 free spaces round the back, otherwise rather expensive garage parking (17 euros/n). Limited bar offering from reception. Room clean, tidy and quiet. Buffet breakfast was extra for Expedia clients.

Hotel located in industrial area, but you can walk approx. 2.5 km to the city center (Ulm mitte). to get dinner. Hotel only offers pizza (defrosted/heated). Breakfast is okay. Service at breakfast is good. Service desk not super welcoming or friendly.

Easy to find when walking from the main railway station. Room was clean and quiet, there was also aircon. Modern bathroom. My only minus is that the bed was super soft which caused backpain. Would not recommend if you're prone to back issues - otherwise worth the price!

Room was nice but quite small. Very comfortable bed. Room temperature was difficult to control. Bathroom was exceedingly hot until i found out to turn down the towel dryer.

One happy American in Ulm

I had a great experience at NYCE Ulm. The front desk team spoke English well, which made the check-in process quick and comfortable. My queen room was a good size space, newly appointed, and clean. Parking is limited in the hotel garage and costs €15/night so call ahead to see if you can also reserve parking. With some luck I found spaces on the surrounding streets (Straße). The hotel is a short drive to the beautiful city center/high street and the Danube. Oh and breakfast was very nice, so check it out at least once.

Had to switch room because of strong smell of cigarette and ended up with 2 double bed, instead of a King bed with only 1 blankets and towels for 1 person, so receptionist had to bring another set of blankets and bath towel but they smell cigarette. The night tables were disassembled. The room is also very small for 2 guess.

Het hotel ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum. Niet groot en redelijk basic kamers. Het was voor ons een tussenstop, maar wat het een “slecht” verblijf maakte, was de zeer lawaaierige ventilatie die ook niet koelde. Je kon de ventilatie uitzetten, maar dan zou de kamer een echte sauna zijn geweest. Het ontbijt was okayisch.

Das Zimmer ist klein, aber super sauber und zum schlafen völlig ausreichend. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad gut dimensioniert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet und schön vielfältig. Sollte ich wieder in Ulm sein, komme ich gerne wieder in dieses Hotel.
