From the moment my friend and I arrived, we were attended to with joy, kindness and care for our visit! The staff responded to questions or concerns and activity ideas in the immediate area near the Kinsarvik Fjordhotel. Mario, in particular was helpful and so thoughtful sharing information Norwegian Fjords history & hikes.

Good hotel!

They texted to confirm our arrival, which was great and receptionist was very kind! Only hotel with a plug in the bathroom which was nice! Pretty clean. Breakfast was average. Would stay again.

Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera ristrutturata di recente. Arredamento semplice e piacevole, letto comodo. Il bagno non comodissimo con la vasca. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e di compagnia, dal check-in al ristorante abbiamo avuto un ottimo trattamento.

Fint äldre hotell. Rummet var ganska litet, men trevligt med egen balkong. Rummet var lite för varmt för att kunna sova gott. En fläkt hade varit bra att ha.

Nydelig plass!

Da vi sjekket inn hadde vi alt blitt oppgradert til superior room. Det var kjekt :) Vi hadde rom ut mot fjorden med balkong, og det anbefales! Vi spiste nydelig middag med lokal aperitiff/cider først. God natt i deilig seng, og nydelig frokost. Hotellet er vakkert pusset opp og hadde en god atmosfære. Vi ble positivt overrasket. Topp score fra oss!

Ett mycket bra hotell

Ett mycket bra hotell, med bra standard och den äldre mannen i receptionen var fantastisk och en gåva för hotellet. Bra frukost och fina rum med en fantastisk utsikt. Bra tv utbud, rent och fräscht.

Lovely location but some minor improvements could be made. There was no mirror in the bedroom (in a superior room!) and nowhere to put toiletries or hang clothes in the tiny bathroom. No milk for the tea and coffee that was provided. Bathroom screen was too small and had a gap under bottom seal so the floor flooded and there was very little dry space to stand. I booked an evening meal in the restaurant and there was no record of it and staff weren’t welcoming or apologetic, also no ordinary tea at breakfast (just fruit teas). However, room was clean and bed comfortable and we did enjoy our stay!

Rommene var greie, eneste som trekker litt ned var at det ikke var noe ventilasjonssystem. Frokosten hadde mye utvalg og var veldig god. Servicen var meget imponerende, de smilte og var blide. Sønnen min klarte å glemme den ene skjorten sin. Dette fant vi ikke ut før etter vi hadde dratt. Vi kontaktet derfor hotellet angående dette. De sendte denne skjorten til oss via posten, noe som vi setter ekstremt stor pris på. Dette hotellet får en tommel opp fra oss👍
