It advertised that breakfast would be served from 7–9 a.m. but they only served it at 9 AM. They advertise that it had air conditioning, but on the seventh floor, not only was there no air conditioning, but the elevator ended in the sixth floor is spectating walking up to the seventh floor… The staff, however, was very friendly and overall the rooms were very nice as well inside. All in all I would stay at this hotel again especially if I can get somewhere below the seventh floor.

I did not like cooperation of staff, open wall in bath room showing exposed pipe, fowl smell in bath room, hanging door knobs, I unfinished front door casing, dead bolt did not work on front door, over all sense of un cleanliness, sense of lack of security, no AC and no fans provided, breakfast was at set time , 9 am ,miss it and you’re out of luck, staff was not available to prepare eggs to order( sunny side offered and that’s it ( no fried turned twice. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. So bad that after 2 days had to check out ( arrived July 15 had to leave July 17. No receipt of cancellation offered. But they said that they did cancel. The hotel is a total misrepresentation. I would take it off your list. Requesting a full refund. No reply from Expedia from previous evaluation.

The hotel is decent but could use some maintenance and additional housekeeping staff. Examples include things like the exterior windows and door handles not being attached, or the fact I had to have my room key card re-authorized every day, and my rooms trash wasn't removed once in five days.

昨今の夏は暑くなっているが、エアコンは無い。小さな窓が開いていたが、夏の暑い夜は寝苦しいだろう。 ベッドは大きく、枕も含めて質は良いとおもう。 冷蔵庫は無い。隣にスーパーがあるので、深夜早朝以外はそこで冷えたビールやアイスなどは買うことができる。 エレベーターは1基だけで、閉まるボタンの真ん中に穴が開いているので、ボタンの周囲の残った部分を押してドアを閉める。 エレベーターは6階までしかないが、部屋は7階だった。8階もあるので、8階の部屋の場合、2フロアは荷物を持っていても階段で登ることになる。 連泊する場合、昼の12時にカードキーの認証が解かれるので、部屋の鍵を開けるためにはフロントに行って更新してもらう必要がある。 ちなみにフロントは外国語は通じない。スマートフォンで英語に訳して見せてコミュニケーションをするので、簡単なコミュニケーションはできる。 朝食は朝8時半ごろに部屋に運んでくる。ワンプレートに薄い小さなトーストときゅうりとトマトの薄切り2枚ずつ、目玉焼き一つ、それにピンク色のソーセージを焼いたものが乗っている。伝統的な現地の朝食らしい。8時前に出かける場合にはこれは食べられない。 全部で10日ほど泊まったが、最初の2泊は洗面もシャワーも熱湯しか出なかった。蛇口をどっちに調整しても熱い水しか出ない。シャワーヘッドはばらばらの方向に細く水が出る上にシャワーヘッドの継ぎ目から水が漏れるので水圧は低い。 3日目からは逆に水しか出なくなった。 フロントに聞いたら、お湯の供給が止まり、わたしの滞在の最終日までお湯は出ないとのこと。ホテルでは把握していたのだろうか？ 立地は悪くない。スフバートル広場や街の中心街は徒歩圏で、目の前に美味しい中華のお店もある。

최악의 호텔

호텔 주변과 창틀 밖에는 바퀴벌레가 득실하고, 룸 안에 에어컨이 있다고 호텔 정보에는표시되어 있으나 실제로는 에어컨이 없음. 프론트에 에어컨이 없느냐고 물었더니 창을 열고 자라고 함. 창 밖을 여니 바퀴벌레 여러마리가 돌아다님. 냉장고도 없음. 욕실의 타일은 깨져있거나 떨어진 상태임. 기본 정보와 다름을 설명하고 환불해줄 것을 요청하였으나 거절함. 호텔닷컴에도 환불이나 취소에 버튼이 비활성화되어 있어 더 이상의 환불조치나 취소가 안됨. 2박을 신청하였으나 1박은 나의 선택실수라고 하더라도 나머지 1박은 취소처리를 할 수 있도록 해줘야 하는 것이 아닌지.... 그자리에서 바로 나와 다른 호텔로 가서 숙박함. 최악의 호텔이었음.
