“チェックイン当日の室内清掃はゴミが床に落ちていたなど、掃除機掛けがあまいと感じた。２日目はまあまあ綺麗に掃除は行き届いていた。施設全体的に新築なので全てにおいて満足がいく内容だがスタッフのおしゃべりが酷い。あるサービス提供がこの系列のよいところではあるが、、、宿泊客が居る場所では気を抜かない方がホテルの格式に影響する事を理解すべきかと。オープン間もないから仕方ないではダメかなと思います。隣のホテルが断然良いと感じてしまいました。”

“大人3名+子供3名で3部屋予約しました。 地下にアルコールのドリンクバーとプールがあり、5部屋のうち他の2部屋は空室だったので、貸切状態で大変ゆっくりできました。 部屋がとても広く清潔感があって眺めもよく、親子2名には贅沢すぎて申し訳ないぐらいでした。 利用客が多いので食事は用意できないと言われ”

“The hotel was very clean and quiet! It was hard to hear other people from their rooms which was nice. Staff were polite and helpful. The in-room onsen was so relaxing (and nice that you could add cold water to adjust the temperature to your liking) and the breakfast buffet was great! Our only complaint is that some amenities were unavailable and the air conditioner only goes down to 20 degrees C, just cool enough to be able to sleep at night. We’d be happy to come back again.”

“We stayed in a room with a private onsen, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also got lucky with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji from our room!
