Disliked: Staff & service
The facilities are great. Location is good. The weak point is the staff and service. Our reservation booked on Expedia couldn't be located and we had to wait for 45 minutes before able to check in. There were some other issues with service related to staff and management. If that goes smooth the stay can be very good.
