When you arrive have them so you how to use the tv remote it controls the air conditioner also the lights turn on when you incert the hotel card into the wall slot. It can be very confusing for a foreigner. However it gets easy once you learn how to operate everything. The room is well worth the money most days its 80,000 Korean won However on Saturday its 175,000 Korean won.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and family. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms have very large TV's and a PC in them. The hotel is smoke-free but my room definitely had a smoker in it previously. Check-in time is 5:00pm (ugh), but you can drop off your bags earlier if needed. The hotel is totally Korean - staff did not speak any English and all the instructions in the rooms were in Korean. You take your shoes off in the entry-way and wear slippers provided. The room has one window, tall but only about 2 feet wide) which has no curtain but a wooden "door" to open or close it. The lights, air-conditioning, and TV are all operated from the same remote control (everything in Korean). There was a sign in the restroom saying not to put toilet paper in the toilet because it could clog it, and instead put it in a small trash can provided. Hmmm ... make of that you will. Unfortunate for the hotel I suppose if they have guests who can't read Korean. Wi-fi is free but unsecure ... apparently there are several room numbers with wi-fi assigned to them, and you just pick the one with the strongest signal. So the rooms are okay, nice big modern TV and PC in them, but a tad dark even with the window door opened.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Uijeongbu. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s located very close to the Uijeongbu Northern Government Complex, so the location is excellent. The staff were friendly and assisted with parking, which I really appreciated.

의정부 라트리 호텔 완전 대만족입니다! 객실 컨디션 진짜 깔끔하고 불쾌한 냄새가 하나도 없어서 처음부터 기분 좋았어요. 침대도 엄청 푹신해서 완전 꿀잠 잤네요. 방음도 잘 되고 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 가성비 최고라 다음에도 무조건 재방문 각입니다! 강추해요!

1.객실 입실시 코를찌르는 담배냄새 2.객실변경을 요청 -> 새로운 객실도 담배냄새와 곰팡이냄새 3. 객실변경 재요청 -> 새로운 객실도 담배냄새와 곰팡이냄새 4. 관리자의 답변 : 전체 객실이 금연객실이지만 투숙객들이 담배피우는것을 못 막는다는답변 -> 청소하시면서 탈취를 하셨어야 되는게 아닐까요?담배냄새와 곰팡이냄새 정말 힘들었습니다. 5. 시설물중 세면대에 물세고, TV를 제외한 전자기기는 제대로 작동하는걸 찾는게 빨랐습니다. 6. 투숙하는 바로옆 객실을 새벽까지 인테리어 공사합니다. 다름의미로, 참 놀라운 경험이었습니다. 투숙을 계획하신다면 판단은 본인들의 몫입니다.

흡연냄샘로 인한 얼리 체크아웃

Suite room 이용하였고.오후 3.30체크인하여 저녁 8.30에 체크아웃했습니다 객실내 환기구를통해.심각한 담배냄새가 진동을해서 머리카락과.옷에 냄새가 밸정도였습니다 처음 1003호는 너무낡고 안좋은냄새가났고 그후807호로 변경해주셨지만 다른객실의 흡연냄새가 고스란히... 직원분들은 친절하셨습니다 외부식당 배달도 객실까지되었구여 주차장은 협소하고 불편하지만.발렛시스템입니다.

괜찮아요.

출장으로 2박 했는데, 카운터 직원, 매우 친절하시네요. 창문은 작게 있었고, 특성상 방향제 냄새가 강한 편이었고, 먼지가 좀 많다고 느껴졌어요. 냉장고에는 각종 음료가 다양해서 좋았어요. 침대 뒤쪽으로 책상 넓어서 업무보기도 좋았어요. 재방문 의사 충분합니다.

Hell to the NO!!!!

Do not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the horrible condition that it is left in plus the pricing should be charged only a quarter of what they are advertising. this facility is used for hourly rentals also which are only use to do adult activities. Please be careful and it smells like cigarettes and found bug spray in the middle of dead cold winter.

편안했던 1박 2일!

정말 너무너무 더운 날씨라 가족들과 호텔에서 자기로 하고 가장 가까운 호텔로 급하게 당일 예약을 하고 갔는데, 생각보다 편안하게 쉬다올 수 있었어요! 스위트룸을 이용했는데 처음에 받은 룸에 있는 컴퓨터가 안된다고 말씀드렸더니 바로 확인하시고 방을 바꿔주셨어요~ 호텔 근처에 홈플러스랑 경전철 역이 있어서 편한것 같고, 배달 음식을 호실까지 배달할 수 있어서 좋았던 것 같네요. 룸에 전자렌지, 냉장고, 고데기 등등 필요한건 다있고 1층에 음료 냉장고가 있는데 거기서 음료나 물을 자유롭게 꺼내먹을 수 있었던 점이 좋았던 것 같아요. 다만 첫번째 룸에서는 서랍에 누가 사용하려고 가져다 놓은지 모를 나무젓가락이 있었고, 두번째 룸에서는 서랍에 휴지 몇장이 들어있어서 좀 아쉬웠지만 큰 불편함 없이 잘 이용하다 온 것 같아요. 1박 2일이라 좀 아쉬웠습니다!
