“Es un increíble hotel, el servicio es bastante aceptable, sólo que durante varios días intenté contactar vía e-mail, solicitando el servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto de Kat Mandu, y jamás me respondieron los múltiples correos que envié, otra situación es que se menciona o se da entender que de el hotel se puede apreciar el Everest, lo cual es incorrecto”
