A lovely place to have an overnight, really unique. We loved staying here, the standard of the accommodation exceeded all our expectations, it was cosy, warm, spacious and super clean.

TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience dans cette chambre d’hĂŽtes, que nous avons quittĂ©e prĂ©cipitamment en pleine nuit Ă  cause du bruit permanent. Le chien des propriĂ©taires a aboyĂ© dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e pendant 30min sans discontinuer (propriĂ©taire absente) et Ă  plusieurs reprises aprĂšs notre retour du restaurant (propriĂ©taire prĂ©sente cette fois !!). Les bruits de voix des propriĂ©taires, leur tĂ©lĂ©vision au rez-de-chaussĂ©e (juste sous notre chambre et ça rĂ©sonne), et l'absence totale d’insonorisation ont rendu notre nuit impossible, mĂȘme avec des bouchons d’oreilles. Un autre client l’a Ă©galement fait remarquer. À 23h, Ă©puisĂ©s, nous avons fait nos valises pour dormir ailleurs (nous ne voulions pas passer une seconde nuit ici !!). MalgrĂ© notre volontĂ© de trouver un compromis respectueux, la propriĂ©taire a refusĂ© toute discussion, a ignorĂ© nos messages, et m’a mĂȘme traitĂ©e de personne malhonnĂȘte dans sa seule rĂ©ponse 😳 Nous avons donc payĂ© un hĂ©bergements en double pour notre week-end 😱 Un vrai gĂąchis, tant humain que financier. Si le deuxiĂšme logement du palier avait Ă©tĂ© louĂ©, le bruit aurait Ă©tĂ© encore pire : aucune intimitĂ© possible dans cette maison mal adaptĂ©e Ă  l’accueil de voyageurs. Je note Ă©galement une procĂ©dure d’accueil inexistante : pas de mail avant notre arrivĂ©e, il a fallu chercher les coordonnĂ©es tĂ©lĂ©phoniques dans la fiche face Ă  une porte close. Je dĂ©conseille fortement cet Ă©tablissement. Aucun professionnalisme, aucune Ă©coute, et un sĂ©jour complĂštement ruinĂ©.

L’Alsace authentique dans un güte parfait 👍

Le gĂźte est situĂ© dans un charmant village au pied des montagnes donc il y a plein de ballades et excusions Ă  faire. Le logement est dans une grande bĂątisse moderne, un petit studio en Ă©tage avec de l’espace et la possibilitĂ© de prendre un verre ou un repas en terrasse devant la chambre. A noter que la chambre est bien Ă©quipĂ© que la la salle d’eau est trĂšs jolie La chambre est bien dĂ©corĂ©e et une attention nous Ă©tait faite avec une bouteille d’eau et une petite bouteille de vin d’Alsace. Nous avons signalĂ© une arrivĂ©e tardive et cela a bien Ă©tĂ© pris en compte par les propriĂ©taires. Je voulais finir en soulignant la propretĂ© absolue des lieux et la vie sur un jardin magnifique.
