This hotel is above a greek restaurant by the same owner. Clean spotless room and bathroom, comfortable beds. We had the luxury of a small balcony. Gorgeous view over the Bodensee and with the right circumstances you van see Austria. Parking can be found close by in Parkhaus-West (max €15 per day). A nice breakfast is served daily from 08.15-10.00 am. Kind owner and friendly staff. Family run! We visited during the annual city-fest (Promenadenfest) and even though the city was more bubbly, no issues with noise. Highly recommended! Do not expect the Hilton but be welcomed to a clean tidy room with a good bed and good breakfast buffet.

Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich als alleineisende immer gut und sicher aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon was ich jedem empfehlen möchte. Der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf den See ist einmalig und spektakulär wie auch die Lage von dem Hotel. Direkt am See an der Uferpromenade. Die Landungsbrücken und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 2 Min. zu erreichen. Ich werde es wieder buchen.

Zimmer war klein, für uns aber ausreichend da wir es nur zum übernachten brauchten. Zimmer war mit Seeblick, hatte einen winzig kleinen Balkon. Da waren 2 Stühle, man konnte aber nicht drauf sitzen. Man mußte den Stuhl halb ins Zimmer stellen damit man drauf sitzen konnte, so schmal war der Balkon. Sehr sehr klein war hingegen das Bad. Duschecke, WC und Waschbecken waren in einer Reihe. Wenn man auf der Toilette saß musste man gerade sitzen, sobald man sich etwas bückte schlug man mit dem Kopf an der gegenüberliegen Wand an. Nach dem Geschäft schlug man sich immer den Ellenbogen an der Duschecke an. Und beim Waschen, am Waschbecken, musste man gerade stehen, wenn man sich bückten musste, z.B. beim Zähneputzen, musste man die Türe aufmachen damit der Po rausragte. Gefehlt hat auch ein Fön. Selber keinen gebraucht, wer aber sowas braucht muss sich einen mitbringen. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Dadurch dass wir direkt an der Promenade waren, gab es auch keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Man hat uns abgeboten einen Platz im nächstgelegenen Parkhaus, 15€ pro Tag; war ca. 300m entfernt. Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles in allem, wir haben den Urlaub trotzdem genossen. Wer sich also nicht zu lange im Zimmer aufhält, nur zum schlafen, dem kann ich es empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sehr alt eingerichtet, die Wände schlampig gestrichen, fleckiger Teppichboden, der Balkon sehr klein und verrostet, jedoch mit (eingeschränktem) Seeblick. Das Bad eng, Wasserhahn fiel auseinander und keine passende Halterung für den Duschkopf. Das Frühstück war "economy", der Kaffee recht gut und es gab frisches Obst. Parken im Parkhaus (15€/Tag) in etwa 300m Entfernung - keine direkte Zugfahrt möglich.

Die Lage ist genial, in 1. Reihe zum See. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Die türkische Reinigungskraft kann kein Wort Deutsch, war aber sehr nett und bemüht. Auch die Dame vom Frühstücks-Service kann kaum Deutsch, war aber wirklich nett!! Leider ist das Bett in meinem Einzelzimmer sehr durchgelegen und ich habe Rückenschmerzen bekommen. Auch wären mehr als 3 Steckdosen im Zimmer schön, beispielsweise mittels Mehrfachstecker. Wenn das Bett ausgewechselt wird, komme ich sehr gerne wieder - aber nur dann! Dafür zahle ich gern ein paar Euro mehr.

Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, guter Service und hervorragendes Essen. Das Zimmer war nicht gut, Betten sind gut aber der Teppichboden ist sehr alt und unhygienisch. Das Bad ist mit ca 2 qm inclusiv Dusche sehr klein. Man kann sich kaum bewegen und die Ausstattung ist auch sehr alt. Spitze ist allerdings die Lage des Hotels.
