The hotel is adequate for one night, I wouldn't probably stay there is I was staying in Udon for longer. It really needs a facelift, however why would you with hardly any tourists. I am not sure, but as always in Thailand people think by putting prices up it will make them more money, but they get into the higher hotel range with higher prices and it doesn't work. For me it is a 400baht per night hotel and no more.

Top Mansion.

Top Mansion is a cheap and very good hotel to stay at for a couple of nights if going to Udon hanging out in the bar street. Central Plaza is located a 3 min walk from the hostel as well.

Has new sign, no elavator

Was hard to find as name is now Top Hostel. I drove by 3 times before I figured it out as Google maps has it located on the wrong side of the road. Great basic room. Toilet very small and no elevator but location is awesome.

Excellent rapport qualité prix aucun soucis grande chambre, douche étroite, tous ce qu'il faut pour un voyageur solitaire ou un couple. L’hôtel est guestfriendly il faut juste réserver pour 2 personnes. Au cœur de la ville et extrêmement bien placer.

Udon Tani, la prima volta

Camera pulita, essenziale, ma non manca nulla. Zona centrale vicino alla limitatissima "movida" di Udon Tani, a mezzanotte cala il silenzio. Personale ottimo. Unico appunto manca l'ascensore, ma son tre piani al massimo, e da quelle parti non esiste il piano terra, il più basso è il nr.1 Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

A great value for money hotel...

This is a great value for money hotel. I was in the delux room on the first floor. The standard rooms are located on the second floor. The standard rooms are cheaper, but bear in mind this hotel doesn’t have a lift/elevator.... The bed I had was one of the softest in Thailand I’ve slept in. Now I can’t guarantee all the beds will be the same, I can only comment on the one I had. There is some night life and bars close by but it didn’t interfere with my stay at the hotel. There are also many restaurants close by. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again....

Good Value and Location

Hot pots are only in the upper price rooms, so you must go down stairs to lobby for hot water or bring your own hot pot and always bring your own instant coffee, coffee cup. I like coffee in my room in the morning. very close to 7-11 store. Next time I will bring my own pillows too. Some English TV channels (BBC). WiFi was OK on 3rd floor.
