I went to check in Kitlada hotel at Udon Thani yesterday but they said didn't have any reservation under my name from hotel.com and they claimed that hotel.com is not their booking agent. I had booking confirmation (Itinerary # 72059668427791) from your side, why such problem can happen?

The room was nice, the sheets were lovely, the bathroom was a bit small, the balcony and view from the 4th floor were pleasant. The main reason I booked the hotel was for its reasonable price, food options, and convenient location 10 mins from the airport. The entrance to the hotel is off a narrow street in a local neighborhood, but Google Maps got me to within one house and the hotel parking was not difficult to navigate. Kitlada provided a free, hot breakfast and had a small restaurant where you could order dinner. Both of these were appreciated despite that the meals were not that exciting. I do get the impression the hotel has suffered from the pandemic. Felt a little like a ghost town. Not many guests. But a staff member was always available. A decent value.

Great hotel, I liked everything,

In fact, I liked everything. The only part was the electricity was cut off for more than 5 hours while I was staying there, but I guess it's not their fault. Otherwise, it was great hotel to stay with! Can't complain.

気取らない自然なタイ人に会えたところ

夜９時に到着、予約はない、と言われたが結局ウィキペヂアの名で見つかり一件落着。それで翌日の夕食は無料。心配したスタッフ一同が味方になってくれて我が家のような寛ぎ感を味わった。空港には無料の搬送。近くには赤い睡蓮の湖、氷河の残した奇形の岩、ＢＣ２千年の農耕の遺跡など世界遺産が二つもあり、タイに行くならウドンターニー、泊まるならキトラダホテルをすいせんすえる。夕方近隣を歩いたが、市民のリラックスする姿を見て安心した。舗道で夕食、バーベキューや、タイ風すき焼きにはちょっと、とまどったが、それもいいなあという思い出だ。

Nice stay

Nice and clean hotel. Good shower, good wifi, nice lobby. Location is not too bad but definitely need transport to go around. Nothing much for mini bar, only a few drinks in the fridge. Tv program only have a few English news channel, while the rest are Thai channel.

Hotel is clean and comfort. Inconvenient to reach town, but you can take a walk there. Wifi is good. tv programs only have English News and local channels. Shower is enjoyable. Don't have mini bar to make hot water for coffee.
