Nice hotel & spacious, clean room. Decent wifi speed & good air con in room. Lovely staff on reception, bar & door, couldn’t do enough to help. Location is a long walk to shopping malls & park, which is the only negative I’d give the place.

This is a very comfortable hotel. We booked 3 rooms as a family and the suite connecting rooms were wonderful. All the staff were courteous and friendly! The outdoor bar was a great atmosphere to wind down in the evening.

This was my first stay at Civilize hotel, the location is very central, within less than 2km to the train station and airport. They provide free bicycle for guests so you can ride around town

Good option in Udon Thani

A modern and comfortable option in Udon Thani. I especially liked that it had free and plentiful parking. Staff were very helpful. The only strange thing is when I checked out they wouldn't let me leave the property until they'd inspected the room. I found that odd and slightly rude.

Top class hotel, no doubt about it. Only 15 minutes walk to the main town. Taxi 5 minutes. My only downside is I like I like a night cap in the hotel bar after my day but the hotel bar does not have any local beers nor spirits, just imported beers

**Review of Civilized Hotel, Udon Thani** I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Civilized Hotel in Udon Thani, located just off the roundabout. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home and set the tone for a fantastic stay. The parking facilities were ample and convenient, which is always a plus. It's comforting to know that your vehicle is safe and secure. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was absolutely superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit any palate. The quality and freshness of the food were top-notch, and it provided a great start to the day. Dinner at the hotel's restaurant was equally impressive. The culinary experience was nothing short of fabulous, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes.
