We booked 4 rooms they only allowed three rooms because on of the room was for travel monk. We wanted to canceled all of 4 rooms but they wouldn’t let us do that at the end the monk had to look for the place to stay by himself. The charge was paid with cc they also would not refund back to the cc.

Never staying at B2 again, the only hotel that under no circumstances can you checkin before 2pm. Room was old and shower was dirty. Aircon was super noisy. This b2 needs refurbishment

War eine Nacht im Paradies einfach nur schrecklich. Aber B2 hat leise Klimaanlage. Bett und Frottierwäsche riechen gut. Das Bett ist bequem. Muss dringend renoviert werden. Für diesen Preis ansonsten nichts auszusetzen.

Far from main street. No English spoken. No markets near by. No restaurant or food or mini bar in hotel. Just hot n cold water. Poor shower drainage. Toilet seat broken. Toilet ran all the time. No coat hangers. No hot water in sink. Good: many electrical plugs. Softer Thai bed. I was next to lift and maids store room was adjoining walls, very noisy. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR OR SPEAK THAI FIND ANOTHER HOTEL.

Very ordinary for a Presidential Suite.

The room - "Presidential Suite" looked good from photos and size was great but upon arrival the reception was not very friendly and had trouble finding my reservation. The room looked like it had been half finished when building and really needed a lot of maintenance on the simple things - paint throughout, wooden tables and doors with varnish none existent and some minor fittings damaged or broken. The size of the room was great but there was practically no furniture, beds and a tiny combined desk/ coffee table. Also the air conditioners were extremely loud and being in between the main room and bedroom it was very loud when the compressor for the A/C`s were running. Price was not expensive for "Presidential Suite" but value for money was quite poor compared to most hotels I have stayed in throughout Thailand. Really wasn't what I would class as Presidential Suite Class of room.
