Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The hotel is ok, not a great hotel as the reviews reflect. It was a bit hard to find at first but after that I realized how conveniently located it is. Rooms are as pictured although safety of the doors is questionable. Fortunately, India is a safe country in my experience, so no mayor security is needed. There are restaurants, bars and souvenir stores around. The balcony is great and the views are great. The building is old. There is a bar in the rooftop, so be prepared to have loud music late at night. The stairs to the bar crosses the rooms so this is a potential hazard. Staff is ok! The manager and owner speak english but the rest of the staff do not. No elevator.
