“The Mayaloka Villas in Ubud was a paradise. The room was spacious and comfortable with a glass back wall open to the private pool. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I did not like the way the shower was open to the rest of the bathroom as water was able to be splashed everywhere. The lighting could have been better. The pool was inviting and we used it twice. “Enjoyed the prime location and rice fields. It’s nearby market area as well as ubud palace! The bike rides were amazing and staff was friendly. Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. “Mr. & Mrs. Ketut were amazing hosts, anything we needed was immediately provided. The offered room service from 730am-2130 pm, which was a huge benefit especially since we were up very early for a few tours and not interested in going to a restaurant. The Villa was beautiful and private and located in a quiet neighborhood. I hour from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown center. Our hosts make our trip to Bali very special and if the opportunity arrives, we will stay there again.”
