The staff were amazing and very helpful, the room was stunning and the hotel grounds were also. The food was amazing and so was happy hour. We did Yoga and learned to make offerings, was an amazing experience all round. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

This resort was a pleasant surprise. The staff was exceptional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. The room was amazing, food was great. There was a surprising menu of complimentary services of which we enjoyed the afternoon tea. They shuttle you to town center where you can walk the town or even to the monkey forest. If I return to Ubud, this is where I will stay!!

I travel a lot around the world, and this has been the hotel with the most courteous staff and best service E-V-E-R. They really go above and beyond, I booked a tour from the lobby and Putra took me to the water temple, he even brought me an offering (incense, flowers and fruits) from his home because he knew the shops at the temple would be close at my arrival, the people in this hotel made my experience unforgettable.

The garden view is absolutely stunning, with lush forest trees and vibrant flowers surrounding a beautiful swimming pool and a pond filled with goldfish. The resort was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great. There were several walkable restaurants nearby and a laundry as well. Only comment was that they did not resupply pool towels throughout the day so you had to go and request one.

Our stay at the Udaya was wonderful, the grounds amazing. Loved our own little pool villa. Staff very accommodating. The only thing I would recommend would be that the shuttle times they only went 2 hourly, 1 hourly would have been so much better
