We really liked our stay. We had a hut style room by the pool though we only had one free socket. The pool at the far end and grounds were great. Could do with more loungers. The breakfast was lovely and we ate there for one meal in the evening which was very good. The surrounding area (on the street) was dirty and had constant traffic either scooters or cars and the pavements were dodgy like most of Ubud.

We had a really lovely time at this hotel. Although the hotel is possibly a 2 -3 star the customer service is 5star! We had such a wonderful time and the gardens and pool areas are kept immaculate! I had a very good massage and would recommend. I would definitely stay here again.

I can sleep well at night, I enjoyed the pool but the downside is the construction by neighbours and the shower needs to be in a higher placement. Overall it was a good stay as long as you're out during the day.

Nice accommodation

We stayed for 3 nights. Very nice accommodation we had a ground floor apartment in the rear of the property. Lovely and relaxing. Two swimming pools with sun beds. The position was great. Plenty of restaurants close by and a short walk to the main drag.

2 double Rooms for family of 4. Nice large rooms and bathrooms. Good location. Nice staff. Pool with a great view of jungle. Basic shower/bath. One room had wall paint bubbling due to damp. Good value for money if the room paint was not there.

Great place to stay. It’s not too far from the main streets but far enough that the Main Street noise doesn’t reach your room. The only con about our room was the amount of mosquitos there were. We got rid of some if not all on our first night but then after we had our room made there were more and I’m sure it was just from the door being opened while staff was cleaning our room. Staff however were amazing and helpful. I recommend staying here.

The property looks nice but unfortunately there was building work happening on the property and next door to the property. Had we known we would not have booked this. We booked a cabin with the intention of having a peaceful and relaxing time. We were given a cabin immediately next to the building work, which runs from sunrise to sunset, so basically 6.30am until 6pm. The property is also close to a bar playing loud music through the evening. Hotel staff were indifferent when we raised the problem of noise and despite there being empty cabins further away we were not offered the choice of moving. The cabins are also near to the swimming pool, which is also for all hotel guests so obviously it was not for the chalet’s guests. The room was clean although basic but the bathroom had a noticeable smell of urine. We were not able to check in as expected so had a wait of 1.5 hours, going over the checking time - we suspect this was more to encourage guests to have lunch. We were not offered water despite the heat; this is in contrast to every other hotel we have stayed at in Bali. The food was average and far better food can be found close by at a better price. Breakfast was also disappointing with low quality cold drinks and limited food, which was also not particularly good. Again we would recommend not booking with breakfast and enjoying a far better breakfast a couple of minutes away in Ubud.

I stay in this hotel fro 4 nights. Good location, walking distance to dinning and shop, quiet location. I stay in this hotel on 2nd floor, very low water pressure in bathroom and no HOT even Warm water, only COLD water in my bathroom.
