Excellent hotel near Ubud centre. Very friendly.

We have just returned home from 10 nights at Nyoman Sandi guesthouse for our honeymoon and we had a perfect stay. When we arrived we were given a coconut each for a welcome drink. The hotel has a beautiful pool which can be used day and night outside our balcony was a coconut and lychee tree, truely beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was amazing and brought to our balcony every morning at our request. Everyday we were given fresh towels, bedding and water bottles. From the hotel it was a 10/15 minute walk into the centre of ubud. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, one day they showed us how to make the Balinese offerings and were happy to help us understand all about the culture of their country.

Lovely hotel but a bit out of town

Very clean and the breakfast was awesome (especially rhe pancakes). Comfort is only a 4 because the sliding doors to our room meant that bugs could and did get in. It's a lovely hotel but a 15min walk out of town with not much on the way. Fine if you have a motorcycle.

Excellent short stay when Ubud was rather quiet after Agung's recent activity. The Nyoman was very quiet and our stay was very enjoyable. It is just outside the centre of Ubud but within easy walking distance for us. There are small rice fields adjacent so a very pleasant atmosphere. Staff very courteous and helpful.

O Hotel Ă© uma delĂ­cia. É poder conhecer um pouco da vida dos balineses de Ubud e ao mesmo tempo ter total privacidade. Eles tem uma vila com 3 dormitĂłrios e piscina, com possibilidade de entrada lateral pelo campo de arroz, totalmente independente dos demais quartos, dispostos Ă  frente de outra piscina. Jardins lindos, exuberantes e bem cuidados. Fiquei na vila e traziam meu delicioso cafĂ© da manhĂŁ na minha varanda. Dez minutos de caminhada da Main Street da qual a rua Ă© uma travessa (na altura do mercado). Restaurantes e ponto de tĂĄxi bem pertinho. Surpreendente pelo preço.

Guesthouse ligt op familieterrein. Hier wordt vollop gebouwd. Je loopt dus eerst door een bouwplaats voordat je bij je huis bent. Dit gedeelte ligt overigens mooi verscholen. Vraag om een bovenkamer. Het is namelijk erg gehorig.

Quiet and Peaceful

If I could, I would give this place 3.5. It is slightly above average. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. It is a good place to stay on a budget. It's approximately 1 km to the main street. The staff is friendly. The breakfast selection is limited, but quite large and tasty. The coffee is not great. It's a nice touch to have it served on the balcony. The pool is nice. The rooms were not dirty, but they weren't cleaned well. The towels were not changed in five days. I recommend this place for a budget traveler. It is quiet and peaceful. Ask for a room on the second floor.

Lovely place

Basic, clean room, hospitable staff. It was a little peaceful haven after spending a day out. Extremely comfortable bedding & lovely breakfast on your balcony each morning. It's about a 1km walk in centre of Ubud, loved its location

Lovely home stay!

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay. The staff are a family, and they go about their daily lives while they take care of their guests, which was very fascinating and wonderful to see. The staff were very lovely, warm people, and the rooms are large and charming. I had a handmade breakfast of my choice every morning on my private balcony, which overlooked the pool on one side, and a tropical forest on the other. If I ever get the chance to come back to Ubud I am definitely staying at Nyoman Sandi!

Vi hade en underbar vistelse, hotellet Àr litet och familjeÀgt sÄ servicen var extremt bra. Frukosten serveras pÄ din egna balkong/terrass och bestod av tre huvudkategorier indonesisk, amerikansk och kontinentalfrukost. Wifi var bÄde snabbt och stabilt, ubuds huvudgata ligger ca 15 minuter bort om man gÄr.

It would be hard to do better

This guesthouse is better than any 3 star hotel I've been in and I have been in many. It is a tribute to their management and staff. The guesthouse itself is set off from the road. So there is little from the road to indicate how nice the place is. The guesthouse is almost in its own little jungle setting - seemingly far from the road noise. It was so nice to have a great breakfast delivered in the morning by a silent ninja so it can be eaten and enjoyed on the baloney overlooking a lovely landscape.

Guest house de bon standing mais car il y a un mais c est l équipement de la chambre , je pense qu à un certain prix on devrait imposer de mettre des réfrigérateurs et une tv d office ce qui n est pas le cas chez Nyoman. Sinon le reste et parfait ,personnel chaleureux et propreté des lieux impeccables . Un petit déjeuner à la carte compris ds la chambre et servis sur la terrasse,Une piscine agréable et bien entretenu , le plus important un calme reposant aprÚs la ville de Kuta. Pleins d activités à faire aux alentours prévoir 5 jours .

Excellente guest house propre bien entrevue située à l'écart de l'agitation d'Ubud mais suffisamment proche pour se rendre facilement à pieds dans la rue centrale. Accueil est trÚs agréable, personnel à l'écoute de vos besoins. Chambres confortables.

Amazing!

Stay here!! So relaxing, biggest room I've probaby had yet in Asia with such a comfy bed. Best free breakfast served to you on your balcony! Amazing staff. And you can rent bikes for free just 2$ Gas charge, while in town it's about 5-7$ plus gas. I miss it already
