9年ぶりに宿泊しました。 スタッフは相変わらず優しい。 朝食は相変わらず美味しかったです。 9年ぶりなのでいつからサービスが変更になったかは不明ですが、以前は空港以外でも無料で送迎してくれたが、今は空港以外は別料金になってしまった。 以前はウブド内はフリーで送迎してくれたが、4箇所のみになってしまった。 でも9年前からかなり物価上昇しても宿泊料金は変わらないので仕方ないですね。

いつも素敵な心休まるヴラ

飛行機が遅れ2時間も空港で送迎待ってくれたスタッフ ありがとうござました。 ウエルカムドリンクも美味しくいつもの部屋にホッとします。 ウブド内の送迎が中心部に車が停めれなくなり王宮とモンキーフオレスト裏口にしか行けなくなり少し不便でしたが、ピックアップ時間を何回も 聞いてくれて親切な対応に感謝です。 ルームサービスも朝食も美味しく頂きました。

너무 좋았어요. 빌라만 보면 엄청비싼 풀빌라들보다도 더 좋았어요. 공간들이 넓직하고 풀도 굉장히 넓고 깊은 편이에요. 야외 테이블 야외화장실 다 넓고 좋고 빌라가 전반적으로 조용했어요. 직원들은 다 친절하고 룸서비스 식사들도 저렴하고 아주 맛있어요. 특히 아이들 데리고 갔는데 너무 편했어요. 강력추천해요

가성비 훌륭한 네파타리

아침에 룸서비스로 조식을 원하는 만큼 가져다 주고 오후에는 티서비스로 바나나튀김을 가져다주었는데 조식,티서비스 둘다 맛도괜찮았음,직원들이 친절하고 우붓지역 어느곳에 가든 데려다주고 데리러옵니다 이른아침에 운동가는것도 픽업 드랍해줬음 저희가족은 풀빌라에서 하루종일 즐길만큼 만족스러웠고 방에 모기가 없었는데 첫날 욕실에서 개미가 많아 엄청 놀랬는데 하루지나니 익숙해짐. 그래도 방안에서는 음식을 먹지않았고 밖에 식탁에서만 음식을 먹었는데 빨리 치우지 않으면 개미가 금방 나타남...개미 빼고는 만족스러운 곳이였어여

Exotic experience!

I was recommeded by my friend and it was relaxing expeirence to have bath outside. Also the pickup and drop service to central ubud was very helpful.It is a perfact getaway from the city and busy mind.Will recommend this to my friend also.

Beautiful villa, amazing staff!

A beautiful private villa with lovely clean pool and very comfortable bed. Photos do not do it justice. Staff could not do enough to help, shuttle to Ubud centre at any time, room always kept clean and bed turned down, mosquito repellant incense put out each night. Even made us a breakfast box to take away on our last morning as we had to leave at 05.30am. Food was delicious. Not a bad thing to say! Highly recommend.

プールが大きく部屋は広く清潔、朝食が本当に美味しく食べすぎました 夜１人がシャワーを使ったらお湯が出なくなりましたが伝えると直してくれました 私の部屋だけかも知れませんが、テレビが砂嵐状態だったので評価4.5 ウブドの指定された範囲内の送迎や空港送迎、近くにサンティカゼスト・スパ 美味しいコーヒーハウスがありトテモ便利で満足です

가격대비 만족도가 높은 숙소였어요. 세월의 흔적이 느껴지긴 하지만 낡고 지저분하단 느낌보단 오히려 편안한 느낌에 가까워요. 방 넓고, 풀빌라라 프라이빗한 공간에서 3박하면서 내내 즐거웠어요. 룸서비스 금액도 시내 레스토랑보다 저렴해 부담없이 이용할 수 있었어요. 다음에 우붓 가더라도 다시 묵고 싶네요.

さりげなく予定を聞いて、臨機応変にこちらの意向に沿うように対応してくれる。 誠実で優しいクトゥさん&お名前を聞けなかったけれど、空港・次の宿泊先まで送ってくれたいつも素敵な笑顔で日本語で話しかけてくれる優しいドライバーさん、丁寧でいつも可愛い笑顔で迎えてくれるフロントデスクの女性、朝お庭掃除に来てくれる誠実な男の子。他にも素敵なスタッフばかりでした。 GW旅行のバリ島は毎回ウブドから始まるのですが、この3年間は何故だかnefatariに戻って来てしまう心地良さがあります。 今年は欧米人のファミリーやカップルがとても多く宿泊しているようで、珍しく施設内でよくすれ違ったり、ウブド内の送迎シャトルで一緒になる機会がありました。 nefatari人気納得です。

Lovely villa

Nefatari is a lovely place to stay. The villa is spacious, private pool delightful, breakfast delicious, and service exceptional. It is in a quiet location away from the hurley burley of Ubud. Local transport and airport transfers are included in the price. The manager, Made, and his team always go the extra mile to make a stay in Nefatari comfortable. Wifi is currently a bit erratic but a new system was being installed during our stay to improve this. We have stayed here twice for 2 weeks each visit and will definitely be back.

This is a little distant out of Ubud but they have transport in and out until 10pm which is an excellent service the villa and breakfast is very good and staff excellent. We would recommend staying here if you are visiting the Ubud area

虫が苦手な人はどうかなぁ

ホテルのスタッフはとても感じ良く親切でした。朝食も美味しく、フレンチトーストが特に気に入りました。ナシゴレン、ミーゴレンは、辛いのがとても苦手な私にはちょっと辛かったです。 ヴィラも広く快適でしたが、雨が降るたびに半室外のバスルームがびしょ濡れで泥が跳ね上がってました。 小さな虫も多く、バスタブにお湯をためている間に湯船にどんどん虫さん投入状態です！ 苦手な方はちょっとキツイかも！ 同じく室外のダイニングエリアにあるコーヒーカップも虫だらけで、結局使ってません。 もちろん毎日新しく綺麗にしてくれてますが、電気をつけてしまうとどうしても寄って来ますね！

Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and great value for meals delivered to our dining room table facing our private pool. Only negative point is, compared to other hotels in the area, no view onto the rice fields. Having said this the hotel provided a driver whenever we wanted and provided quick pick up from any location in the area.

何度泊まっても、コスパの高く快適な宿です。 新棟も綺麗ですが私は多少湿っぽい香りがしても天井部分に修繕跡があってもソファ少々シミがあっても、雰囲気のある古いチャンパカヴィラが大好きです。プールやガラス張りの部屋は他のヴィラからは見えないように工夫されて建てられており、掃除もこまめで清潔。ゲストの快適度をきちんと考えて設計されているだけあって、サービスもローカル感はありつつ適度に距離を取ってくれて快適。 8年前にはあった部屋着浴衣や冷蔵庫の中の無料ソフトドリンクがなくなっていたのは残念でしたが、相変わらず朝食もアフタヌーンティーも利用可能な時間が長いし美味しいし、いつでも頼める無料送迎サービスのドライバーも親切で好感が持てました。最後ばたばたしてしまいスタッフにチップを渡し忘れたのが心残りです。

冷蔵庫の冷凍室に霜が付き過ぎていて、買って来たアイスクリームが溶けてしまった。でも､文句を言ったら、すぐに冷蔵庫ごときれいなものに取り替えてくれた。スタッフは皆、明るく、フレンドリーで、とても親切だった。
