Had Ana amazing stay! Staff was very kind and always remembered where I liked to sit and what items were my favorite. My only thing was I wish smoking was not allowed in the restaurant. I had to move to try and stay away from it and it kind of ruined my meal.

This place was gorgeous and truly the best place we stayed in Bali. The room is incredible, with a private infinity pool and beautiful views of the jungle and valley. Tons of birdwatching and monkeys in the distance. Staff were kind and responsive and friendly. We loved it. The massages at the spa were amazing, and the resort even had an Indian restaurant! My partner is Indian and said the food was so excellent. Overall would 100% return for a longer stay.

Loved staying here, it’s absolutely beautiful!! Very quiet and everyone is so nice. The breakfast options could be better, the food in general is very limited. But a great place to stay, love the private villas.

the rooms smelled of raw sewage whenever someome above us used the bathroom. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was awful with insects crawling all over the food, which had some very limited options. The dining in the restaurants was above average. The staff were excellent. Great potential for the resort, just lacked the cleanliness and amenities of a property one would expect for the price paid. Overall, a below average experience and rating.

5 star view and room but with 1 star service and management. The view and room itself in this hotel is incredible and would be a 5 star place to stay. Unfortunately it’s really let down by the way it’s managed and the service. The service is really average and for the price your paying it’s not good enough. For example you don’t even get tea and coffee with the average breakfast they provide, they try and charge you extra. There is also a big issue with bugs and ants, completely understand the hotel is in the forest so outside will have bugs but they could have some repellent at the room entrance to stop so many animals getting in. All in all with some improvements this could be an amazing hotel but currently for the price you pay it isn’t worth it.

It’s a scam!

This hotel is as far from a 5 star hotel as it gets. The pictures lie! We had booked 3 nights, but left as soon as we could after staying one night. Dirty sheets and rats in the restaurant speaks for itself. Please do not spend your hard earned money at this hotel. It’s a scam and should not be rated as a 5 star hotel. All images must be photoshopped.

우붓에 왔다면 꼭 가야할 리조트

가격이 좀 있지만 우붓이 정글이고 다른 리조트에 비하면 가성비 좋다고 생각합니다 폭포수같은 수영장은 정말 아름다워서 특히 낮에는 더 있고싶은 바램이었습니다 저는 3층 맨 끝방을 받았는데 방에서 반지하 특유의 습한 냄새가 나서 좀 불편하더라구요 방에 디퓨저가 놓여있지만 디퓨저에 가까이 코를 대야 디퓨저냄새가 나고 방 전체는 이미 곰팡내에 잡아먹힌... 하지만 침대에서 바라본 테라스는 너무 아름다웠습니다 다른 방은 어떨지 모르겠어요 그래도 1박은 꼭 해야하는 숙소라고 생각합니다 추가로 요가클래스도 꼭 체험하면 좋겠습니다
