The staff here was so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. It’s a bit of a drive from the airport, but it is overall a great area to stay in. The restaurant is amazing and so are the amenities (like the spa and pool). It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

The property was quiet, breakfast was amazing. Unfortunately the bathroom grout was very old and worn and shower handle was leaking. The vanity sink was rough and dated. Walk to the room was quite a lot. They should offer partial refund if a customer checks out early after using only 25% of the day rather than the full day rate.

Absolutely loved every minute at this resort! Resort staff were so friendly and went out of their way for us. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Beds were incredibly comfy. I did not want to leave this place. I suggest booking a longer stay here!

Nice hotel

Excellent stay in Ubud. Long walk into city centre and not ideal walking conditions but the hotel itself was great. Staff fantastic. Booked the shuttle to return and they left me and my daughter stranded but the front desk was super apologetic and comped us about 500k idr. Clean place.
