We wanted a Bali experience and we received it at Dwaraka Royal Suites. The grounds were beautiful, the cultural experience was breathtaking, the food was wonderful. All staff members were so customer oriented greeting us each time, asking how our outing was. Our driver Koming was so friendly, communicative and extremely ethical. I will return here someday.

This Villa is amazing. Staff is super friendly and assisted all of us with personalized attention, smiles and willingness to accommodate anything we want!! We are soo thankful to everyone and specially Koming, our Driver and now new friend!! He had soo much patience with us, his English is great and he made us feel safe, welcome and helped us like we were family!! We will definitely come back and bring more friends! He made a difference in our trip and touched our hearts with Ubud history and the great people values! Thank you Dwaraka Villa and Staff and Koming for all you did for us!!! The hotel was ok. Not worth $700 USD a night. We showed up at 8pm and the room was not ready. We asked for a late check out and they said no. This hotel is worth $300 USD at best. The breakfast was ok but the location is also my ideal. Rough!

Our little slice of heaven

We have been coming to Bali and Ubud for over 20 years know. After staying in many different places we finally found Dwaraka Villas which without doubt is our favourite place of all. This was our fourth time staying there. We always get the one bedroom villa with a pool and view of the rice fields. It is our little peace of heaven. So comfortable, so quiet and completely private. We never want to leave. The staff are an absolute delight, the breakfast are wonderful and can be huge if you are hungry . There are now several goo restaurants and coffee shops in the vicinity so if you have days when you don't want the hustle of Ubud itself you need have to. Don't miss this place. It is perfect.

We felt pampered, with our every needs considered by the super helpful staff. The setting is stunning and the atmosphere is peaceful, while the center of Ubud is about a 15 minute walk away. The price for all of this is incredible reasonable. This hotel is a fantastic deal.

I chose this hotel because they advertised a gym. There was no gym available and I asked for some compensation but they refused. Also if you cannot do stairs DO NOT choose this property especially since the stairs are uneven heights and the outside lighting nearly non-existent - very dangerous for most people unfamiliar with the property. If you fall, it will be onto stone steps. The most discouraging thing was when I expressed dissatisfaction and asked staff to address my concern, the answer was always the same - I have to call the manager and will call you on your room. I was never called and can only assume that once I walked away, staff considered the matter closed. I’m really considering disputing the charge for the room as the service was so poor and the facilities not as advertised. Another interesting fact is that no one ever apologized for the false advertising so I guess that’s how they do business. Go to Westin or somewhere more reliable IMO. P

4泊5日の利用でした。初めてのバリ島訪問でしたが、空港送迎、朝食や夕食の手配、ウブド市街へのシャトルバスの手配など、至れり尽くせりのサービスでした。 私たちの宿泊した施設は、大きな天蓋ベッドに、プライベートプールと浴槽付きの豪華な部屋で、最高に寛げました。部屋も特に不潔な所はなく、綺麗に清掃が行き届いている印象でした。 朝食は、フレンチトースト、イングリッシュマフィン、フルーツヨーグルトなどを頼みました。電話1本でルームサービスとして部屋まで届けてくれます。朝食はどれもボリューミーでした。 夕食はミーゴレン、ナシゴレン、サテリリットなどのインドネシア料理を楽しみました。眺めのいいレストランで食べたり、こちらもルームサービスとして部屋まで持ってきてくれるので、自分たちの食べたい場所で食べることができました。 またウブドに訪れる機会があれば是非リピートしたい施設です。

ラグジュアリーな気分で寛ぐ

ウブド王宮から1.5㎞ほど北に位置する静かで落ち着いた環境のホテル。 ホテルへの入口部分は若干狭いが、広い敷地の中に複数のバリらしい建物が点在する。 フロントの女性は、英語が苦手な者にもわかりやすい英語を話し、対応も親切丁寧でありとても感じが良い。 そのほかのスタッフも皆礼儀正しく優しい。 部屋は広く清潔で、設備面も十分。 朝食はオーダー形式であるが、メニューにあるものはどれだけでも食べることができ、とても美味しい。 自転車は無料で貸し出ししている。 ラグジュアリーな気分で寛げるホテルであり、宿泊代もそれなりにするが、概ね見合っていると思う。

Biggest Bang for your Buck in All of Bali

Amazing from start to finish. I can not believe we got an entire villa with a private plunge pool to ourselves for $200/night. When we checked in late that night, we were starving, and without us asking for it, they had a sandwich ready for us in our room. The bed was comfortable. The pool was refreshing. The public pools were beautiful. The entire resort was decorated nicely and made you feel immersed in the local culture, rather than feeling like you’re back home but happen to be in a foreign country. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Highly highly recommend

Don't take breakfast option

Excellent service and location. Garden view suite is located in 3 storey building so not really villa. Very disappointed with false marketing, so not be returning here. Positives: Otherwise, front desk, room service, massage & spa, shuttle bus was excellent. Negatives: Breakfast was very poor. Bread basket, jam, french toast, bacon, chicken sausage were all terrible. I've stayed at about 10 resort/villas over last 10 years and Dwaraka had worst breakfast. So too many negatives for us. Had good memories but not enough for us to return.
