The hotel is located in the jungle ravine. The staffWe're wonderful and the breakfast was very good. We are canadians in the middle of a dark winter and we were put in the basement room.That wasn't very light and bright. The conditions of the common areas like the pool and restaurant is good, but rooms are not as well kept as shown in the pictures. Staff is really nice and accommodating.

The staff were amazing. They were very professional and courteous . They went out if their way to be helpful. If there were more dining options and amenities it would be 5 across the board
