A hidden gem

This place is extremely pleasing. The rooms are luxurious, with the jungle as your neighbour outside the balcony. They do everything they can to make your stay there welcoming and enjoyable. Just 1 thing I would say is that the location is not the best as you are a good 10 minute drive outside of Ubud centre. I did know this when we booked, but I went ahead anyway as it said on Expedia that the hotel offers a free shuttle service into town. However this service was non-existent when we visited. I have no idea why. There was a note about the service on a wall in reception area, but we were never offered it. For that reason I could not give it 5 out of 5.

The room is very comfortable and staff and very friendly. They have nice swimming pool and excellent floating breakfast. Will definately visit again.

きれいなヴィラです。掃除が行き届いています。シャワールームはシャワー付きバスタブとレインシャワーがあり、とても広くて高級感があります！ ベッドもフカフカです。プールは小さめですが、深くて泳ぎやすい。 周りにはワルン、小学校、田んぼなどがあり、静かに過ごしたい人や、少し長めの滞在にも良いと思います。レストランLabak sari がおススメ！安くてオシャレです。 蚊帳が少々臭ったのでファブリーズを持って行くと良いかも。

Das Hotel wirkte von außen schön&auch der Welcome Drink (Wassermelonensaft) war lecker. Das Zimmer war auf den 1.Blick auch schön, toller Ausblick&groß. Das wars dann auch schon. Zimmer: Klimaanlage war richtig komisch, man konnte sie nicht so einstellen wie man wollte, es ging nur auf 2 Grad weniger (weniger als was haben wir nicht rausgefunden). Daher war es immer sehr warm in unserem Zimmer&auch voll mit Stechmücken, das Moskitonetz am Bett hat absolut nichts gebracht, da waren teilweise noch andere tote Tiere dran. Das Bad sah zwar toll aus, aber sobald man geduscht hat war das komplette Bad unter Wasser. Definitiv eine Fehlkonstruktion. Ab und zu hat es hier auch noch Abwasser gerochen. Das einzig positive am Bad war, dass man wirklich heiß duschen konnte. Sauberkeit des Zimmers war am 1. Tag top, danach war zwar jeden Tag der Zimmerservice da, aber mit jedem Tag wurde immer weniger sauber gemacht. Bad war noch halb unter Wasser, an einigen Stellen im Zimmer war noch Dreck. Frühstück: es gab viel Auswahl, aber es hat alles nicht geschmeckt, nicht mal die Säfte. Das balinesische Frühstück hat einfach nur eigenartig geschmeckt. Wir dachten erst, das liege vielleicht an uns, aber wir hatten dieselben Gerichte woanders später mal probiert und da fanden wir heraus, dass es eigentlich gut schmeckt. Die Pancakes waren extrem dick und haben auch nicht geschmeckt. Das Spiegelei haben wir fast roh serviert bekommen. Die Säfte waren keine Säfte, da war SO viel Wasser drin.
