We had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel in Ubud! The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured, if not even better. The lobby area was particularly stunning, and the entire hotel had such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating throughout our stay. The welcome drinks were delicious and refreshing, and the complimentary afternoon tea with treats each day was such a lovely touch. The food was also excellent, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Our room was spacious, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, making the overall experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. The only minor observation was that the staff could sometimes be a little overly attentive, with multiple team members approaching us to greet us or check how we were doing. Although this occasionally felt a little overwhelming, it was clearly coming from a place of genuine kindness and hospitality. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel was beautiful, the service was excellent, and we would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Ubud. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough great things about Alaya Suites and their hotel staff! The hotel's design is beautifully modern and comfortable, and the location was perfect. I especially loved how clean the hotel is, their impeccable customer service and friendly staff, and the overall experience was the highest quality in Bali! Highly recommend Alaya Suites in Ubud! 新しく綺麗な施設で大満足して過ごせました。朝食もアラカルトメニューが豊富でどれを食べるか迷いました。 ウブドは渋滞がひどいため、ホテルの徒歩圏内にスーパーや飲食店、お土産店があり、街歩きには良い立地でした。

モンキーフォレストやココマーケットも近くて便利な立地です。 設備も新しいので快適でした。 バリ島は大きな良いホテルでも時々お湯が出ない、排水がイマイチなのが多々ありますがこのホテルは全て快適でした。 悪い点は少ないですが街中にあるの敷地は比較的小さな方だと思います。 敷地内の庭やプールは小さな方ですね。

Cette hôtel et neuf et située dans la ville de Ubud et tout et près, resto magasin etc. Ça ne paraît pas que hôtel et dans la ville car entouré de la nature. Les gens sont extrêmement gentil. Resto de hôtel très bon. Je recommande à tous les gens cette endroit magnifique Les chambres très grande et très propre, tout hôtel et très propre. Spa et massage excellent

El hotel esta super bien ubicado, y es super moderno y lindo, el cuarto es enorme. Vistas arboladas y mucha luz natural. El desayuno es delicioso. Solo consideren que al lado hay un teatro al aire libre y siempre hay funcion de 7 a 8 pm, pero nada grave
