10/10. The staff were so amazingly kind and helpful, always willing to help/provide advice on booking tours & excursions. The room was always clean after room service and fully stocked with water, fruits, and soft drinks. The rooms were beautiful and immaculate, the staff was so friendly and accommodating… I fell in love with them! The daily complementary breakfast is delicious, the Sunset at the pool is an extraordinary experience and the spa is first class! I love the location so much because you have access to so many restaurants, shops, and spas within an easy walk! It was a pleasure staying at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel is well located and close to restaurants and other attractions like Ubud Palace and the Ridge walk. The room is spacious and clean. However, one of the rooms was damp. Staff was very kind and helped us move to a different room. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Yudi who made our trips enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable and kind. The restaurant serves excellent food and the spa is amazing.
