Staff super friendly. 11th floor suites ver nice. Facing night market. Hotel food prices typical but still below US. Night market food very good value as well as food court in the mall. Pool and spa awesome. Would stay here again !

The room was at finest, no stains or cob webs to be seen, the staff are beautiful people with out standing personalities, the mall is joined with the hotel so you dont have to travel out of the compound. I highly recommend to those who want a 5 star service.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room was clean, though somewhat dated. Unfortunately, several abrupt interactions with staff at breakfast affected our overall impression of the service. Individually they were minor, but together they made the experience feel unwelcoming. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

The room was very spacious and on a high floor. The decor was a bit dated but it was perfectly clean. We loved the breakfast with lots of hot and cold dishes and real coffee. The gym is excellent and the pool area was pleasant too.

Very nice room renovation and upgrades since we stayed there last year. Pillows were much more comfortable, and the rooms had very generous space. The shower too was big and pleasantly functional and clean. Superb value overall.

Love this hotel.

We always seek out this hotel when in Ubon Ratchathani. They have beautiful, clean rooms, and a lovely spa/pool area. They are also in a very convenient location, being above a shopping mall and next to a wonderful night market. The breakfast selection is one of the best I have experienced in a hotel.

Our stay was ok. The room was nice but needed some upgraded furniture in the lounge area. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the Hotel is promoting people (non-guests) to come as walk-ins for the Buffet Breakfast. On both mornings the buffet area was overcrowded by the walk-ins. There was no priority for hotel guests. Big waits and food runout. Ver disappointed.

This is a good choice for Ubon. The hotel is connected to a small shopping mall and next to an evening market. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. The breakfast had a decent selection of food, but had limited western options. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.
