Fomos mal recebidos, reservei o quarto super luxo com cama king para casal, nos colocaram em um quarto velho, tv nao funcionava, banheiro todo velho com saboneteira inferrujada. Meu marido foi reclamar pois o quarto ao inves da cama de casal king, nos colocaram em um com 2 camas de solteiro e o atendente com muita má vontade disse que foi o gerente que havia mandado nos colocar naquele quarto e como ele não estava mais lá ele nao poderia mudar. Saimos sem ao menos tomar café de tão humilhados que ficamos, nunca em minha vida passei por uma situação tao constrangedo

Hotel um pouco "velho" fiquei no térreo e é muito barulhento pq hospedes transitam muito por ali. Embora tenha um aviso de pedido de silencio, ninguem respeita. Para tempos curtos de estadia ok. Tempos maiores melhor avaliar outros na regiao. A localização é a principal vantagem, basta atravessar a rua e tem um shopping muito bom.
