Ficamos hospedados no dia dos namorados. Como o Hotel estava preparando um jantar especial para a noite, fecharam a cozinha durante o dia todo. Não tinha nem uma batata ruffles que seja para vender. Tivemos que ir no Shopping comprar algum lanche durante a tarde. No café da manhã o ovo mexido estava azulado e ninguem comia. O hotel faz omelete, mas não há nenhuma informação sobre isso e nenhum garçom nos ofereceu. Tivemos que parar um garçom que estava passando para perguntar, e assim mesmo o omelete veio queimado, muito ruim. Esperavamos uma experiência semelhante ao Mercury do Center Shopping mas foi horrivel. O hotel ainda precisa de muitos ajustes na parte de refeições
