Several of the window latches were broken. Therefore, the windows do not close properly, and the noise from the streets enters the room. I was moved to a new room, and again, the latches were broken. Also in the corridor (I took several videos and photos). I have more pictures of the room's details. Budget does not mean lack of maintenance. Very disappointed.

I never stayed in a room without a mini fridge in my entire life. This was the first room. The room was tiny and very cramped. The bathroom was also very small and not comfortable to sit on the toilet. Parking was difficult because you had to drive a very steep ramp. I will not be staying at This Ibis anymore, will stay other one near by

Um pouco decepcionado

Em 2013 havia ficado no Ibis Budget em Vitória onde tive boa experiência. Porém, em Uberlândia, houve várias questões sérias. O quarto era muito pequeno. A limpeza deixou de passar vários dias. A troca de toalhas, insuficiente. Além disso, o pessoal da recepcão estava visivelmente sobrecarregado, com apenas um funcionário por turno.
