Contratei um quarto com cama de casal, mas, no primeiro momento, me entregaram um quarto com cama de solteiro. Assim que percebi o erro, voltei à recepção e pedi a correção, já que não foi isso que contratei. O recepcionista, muito educado e profissional, pediu desculpas e providenciou um quarto com cama de casal, como era o correto. Porém, ao me afastar um pouco da recepção, fiquei em choque ao ouvir o gerente repreendendo o funcionário por ter resolvido a situação. A orientação passada foi de que ele deveria ter dito que não havia disponibilidade, mesmo eu tendo pago justamente por um quarto com cama de casal. Estava em um período de feira na cidade, com dificuldade para encontrar hospedagem, o que torna a situação ainda mais grave. Minha avaliação final do hotel só não foi pior porque, no fim, recebi aquilo que contratei. Mas, depois do que presenciei, não volto mais. Fica meu reconhecimento ao recepcionista, que agiu com educação, respeito e honestidade. Já à gestão, fica a reflexão: se o cliente pagou por um tipo de quarto, o mínimo é entregar exatamente o que foi contratado. Fica a dica para outros hóspedes: se contratar quarto X, não aceite outro.

Quando eu cheguei para o check in não constava a minha reserva, fato que demorou muito para me colocarem num quarto. Então, como esqueceram de passar minha reserva para a recepção, só tinha uma opção de quarto de casal, o qual não era tão bom. Portanto, não gostei da desorganização. Mas os meninos da recepção foram atenciosos e educado, o erro foi de quem recebeu a reserva.

pelo preço é a melhor opção na cidade, facil de chegar ao shopping e ao centro da cidade, uma ponte para as duas coisas que eu preciso na cidade, a noite apesar de estar numa avenida de alto fluxo consegue se dormir bem porque nao tem agito apos as 23 horas

Eu precisava resolver coisas no centro da cidade e no shopping ! O hotel é perfeito para evitar trânsito e dá para fazer tudo a pé no centro ! Voltarei outras vezes e irei ficar no mesmo !
