Inicialmente fiquei mais de meia hora para entrar no quarto, pois não havia sido feita a manutenção das fechaduras, as mesmas estavam sem pilhas e o colaborador da manutenção não estava mais em serviço, depois de tentarmos três quartos entre idas e vindas a recepção consegui por fim me acomodar. A recepção super desorganizada, ao subir um funcionario estava passando pano no chão do corredor, vassouras e produtos de limpeza espalhados por toda parte. A estrutura no quarto é antiga e ultrapassada, e a decoração do quarto é do hotel em si e brega, as toalhas oferecidas são velhas e de baixa qualidade. Este hotel não vale o valor que cobram, Uberlândia oferece opções melhores em qualidade e preço.
