Quarto grande, bem espaçoso, chuveiro maravilhoso. Café da manhã nota 10/10: muitas variedades de pães, bolos, biscoitos, frutas, salgados…tudo muito fresquinho e super gostoso. Apenas ressalto a troca de toalhas e roupa de cama por outras mais novas pq estavam muito puídas. Nota 10 também para os funcionários da recepção em especial a Luciene.

Passei um constrangimento imenso na hora do check-out. Mesmo PAGANDO ANTECIPADAMENTE a diária, fui cobrada. Ao informar que já tinha pago, a recepcionista foi grosseira e disse que EU tinha que provar que paguei. Sempre fiz reservas pelo hotéis.com no mundo inteiro e nunca passei por algo assim. Mesmo enviando o comprovante de pagamento a recepcionista seguia dizendo que no recibo tinha que ter o nome do banco (????) Porém, o recibo está fornecido pelo hotéis.com e não por mim e não consta o nome do banco. O hotel que se resolva com o aplicativo! Constranger um hóspede é inadmissível.
