Lovely hotel in a great location - very close to excellent restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly helpful. We stayed an extra night we enjoyed both the location and hotel so much. No hesitation in recommending.

Do Ubatuba Praia Hotel só tenho ELOGIOS, porém do EXPEDIA só DECEPÇÃO I purchased reservations at the Ubatuba Praia Hotel for myself and my wife through Expedia.com.br. Check-in date: May 14th, Check-out date: May 18th, 2026. Expedia number: 72074195759973 - Purchase date: May 10th, 2026. I wanted to pay in installments without interest, but this option was not given to me, and the full amount of R$ 1,597.96 was charged, including R$ 46.54 in taxes and fees. I immediately called the Ubatuba Praia Hotel, who told me I had to call Expedia. I called Expedia, who told me I had to call the Ubatuba Praia Hotel. In other words, ONE passed the buck to the OTHER, and the OTHER passed the buck to ONE, and I was left with the LOSS. I tried to reach an agreement with EXPEDIA and nothing was done. NEVER AGAIN EXPEDIA.

O quarto 105 estava com a privada entupida. Tivemos de mudar de quarto. Graças aos FUNCIONÁRIOS, conseguimos efetuar a troca. No entanto, caso não houvesse quarto disponível, teríamos de habitar o quarto com a privada entupida. Lamentável. Importante: apesar de os funcionários serem EXCELENTES, é constrangedor o momento de check-out, no qual é perguntado ao hóspede se ele gostaria de deixar um gorjeta ao copo de funcionários, gorjeta está que já está calculada no valor final a ser pago. Horrível.
