Lovely hotel in a great location - very close to excellent restaurants and right on the sea front. The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly helpful. We stayed an extra night we enjoyed both the location and hotel so much. No hesitation in recommending.

Do Ubatuba Praia Hotel só tenho ELOGIOS, porém do EXPEDIA só DECEPÇÃO I purchased reservations at the Ubatuba Praia Hotel for myself and my wife through Expedia.com.br. Check-in date: May 14th, Check-out date: May 18th, 2026. Expedia number: 72074195759973 - Purchase date: May 10th, 2026. I wanted to pay in installments without interest, but this option was not given to me, and the full amount of R$ 1,597.96 was charged, including R$ 46.54 in taxes and fees. I immediately called the Ubatuba Praia Hotel, who told me I had to call Expedia. I called Expedia, who told me I had to call the Ubatuba Praia Hotel. In other words, ONE passed the buck to the OTHER, and the OTHER passed the buck to ONE, and I was left with the LOSS. I tried to reach an agreement with EXPEDIA and nothing was done. NEVER AGAIN EXPEDIA.

Chambre Deluxe réservée vue sur plage : - chambre 101 censée être la plus confortable : impossible de dormir car elle donne sur le boulevard sans double vitrage. Ca klaxonne toute la nuit et on entend toute la rue toute la nuit (même avec boules quies) - interdiction de prendre son cocktail à la piscine (à consommer uniquement enfermé au bar, jamais vu ça de ma vie) - eau chaude quand ça veut bien (c’est le Brésil donc soit) A noter que le personnel est très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est convenable Cet hotel n’est pas à la hauteur de la description.
