Ficamos no quarto 5 master chalet family 06 pessoas ,adoramos tudo a comodidade o acesso o atendimento ... Só tive problemas no piso do banheiro todo mundo quase caiu muito liso e em uma próxima oportunidade vou querer um quarto térreo fomos com 3 crianças e a escada me preocupava! Tirando isso tudo maravilhoso... localização excelente pelo preço é 1 quadra do mar

Local muito arrumadinho. Achamos bem confortável, com bom isolamento acústico e bem família. Ótimo custo-benefício. É como se estivesse alugando um apartamento, pois você tem que se virar, mas tem todos os acessórios que precisamos.

A localização é muito boa. As instalações são simples mas oferecem tudo o que você precisa para uma boa estadia. Limpeza e segurança. Os quartos contam com uma pequena cozinha com utensílios, churrasqueira privada. O local conta com estacionamento próprio. Pretendemos voltar em breve.

Maravilhoso, desde o atendimento na recepção com a Lucimara que nos atendeu muito bem. Chalé completo com todos os utensílios que precisamos. O melhor de tudo é que é super pertinho da praia, da pra ir à pé. Com certeza voltarei sempre! E eles estão fazendo uma piscina lá, não vejo a hora de inaugurar 😍😎

Quarto com muito mofo em paredes

O quarto inicialmente disponibilizado era inviável para acomodação pela quantidade de mofo nas paredes. Solicitei a troca já na entrada e fui atendida pelo recepcionista. O segundo quarto disponibilizado estava em condições apropriadas. Venho reiteirar o primeiro quarto apresentando (que fica no fundo da pousada) nem deveria ser oferecido a nenhum hóspede, completamente insalubre para qualquer ser humano.

Recepção bem atenciosa. Informou todas as informações necessárias. O quarto oferece tudo que é anunciado. Cozinha equipada. Ventilador. Ar. E até uma área privativa com churrasqueira. Quarto estava limpinho. Localização bem fácil de achar. E sempre iluminado. Pelo preço de excedeu super as expectativas. A praia não é a mais bonita de Ubatuba. Mas é ótima pra quem irá em família. Há bastante quiosques e barraquinhas. E por ser a primeira praia, em alta temporada fica difícil chegar nas demais sem pegar um belo trânsito. Nas redondezas não há muito o que se fazer, nem tantas opções quanto na praia grande. Mas como fomos em baixa temporada, deu para fazer tudo tranquilamente no centro.
