Regras, regras e mais regras...

De longe, foi o hotel mais antipático em que fiquei na vida! Na entrada, eles entregam um lista com regras e pedem para você assinar. Tem regra para tudo! Particularmente, as regras não me incomodaram, pois não sou fumante, não faço barulho e não levo cooler com bebidas para a praia. Mas achei a postura agressiva. No quarto tinha um aviso estabelecendo multa de 250 reais por fumar. O jantar tem que ser pedido até às 19:30 e só começam a servir a partir deste mesmo horário. Quando meu filho era pequeno, ele jantava às 18 horas. Fico imaginando como eu teria feito... E uma pessoa que chega às 19:40 na pousada? Fica vendo todos comerem e não pode pedir? No dia da saída, colocaram um bilhete embaixo da porta do quarto, bem cedo, falando das regras do checkout, que deve ser feito "impreterivelmente até às 12 horas". Mais uma vez, não me incomodou porque eu tinha me programado para sair logo após o café da manhã. Mas ficou a má impressão, a sensação de antipatia no atendimento.

O hotel é muito agradável. Quartos grandes e confortáveis embora simples. Só está precisando de uma melhorada no cardápio do restaurante que é simples demais levando a gente a ter que comer fora, já existe toda a estrutura para melhorar, é só trabalhar um pouquinho nisso que os hóspedes poderiam ficar o tempo todo dentro do hotel, já que a região não tem muitas opções por perto... Ainda assim, eu voltaria a este hotel.

O banheiro era muito pequeno. A pia era estreita e acabava molhando toda a superfície. Não tinha suporte para rolo de papel higiênico. As cadeiras de praia estavam sempre cheias de terra. Os hóspedes que tinham que lavar. Notei também poucos funcionários para atendimento.

Lugar bem família, muito limpo e funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom, respeitando distanciamento com um funcionário servindo os hóspedes e horário marcado. Localização excelente e praia próxima com quiosques.

Experiência mediana pelo custo beneficio.

A estadia foi razoável pelo custo beneficio. O que ficou a desejar foram duas solicitações que não foram atendidas. A primeira foi a solicitação de um transformador para eu usar um aparelho 220V. E a segunda mais grave foi a troca do colchão de molas muito barulhento, tive que dormir na cama de solteiro por 2 noites. O café foi servido por funcionário com horário marcado como protocolo de segurança. O café é bom. O que prejudica é o horário marcado pois se vc é acostumado a acordar cedo tem que esperar seu horário e isso não é bom. Os hospedes tem que ter ciência que o hotel fica entre duas casas que são alugadas para temporada e as vezes há inquilinos barulhentos ao lado.
