Local residencial tranquilo. Limpeza. Mercado próximo. Fica a 400m da Praia do Lázaro e 800m da Domingo Dias. Você consegue fazer tudo a pé. Como Ubatuba é um lugar caro para fazer as refeições. A pousada por ter cozinha , ajuda bastante.

Pousada razoável,no anúncio informa 1 minuto da praia porém da 4 minutos,não consegui fazer alimentação no local pois as bocas do fogão eram péssimas,vim embora um dia antes pois começou a chover muito e tinha muitas goteiras no teto do quarto bem em cima da cama então optei por vir embora antes.funcionarios muito bem educados e prestativos.

Passamos sete noites no apartamento. O tamanho é excelente, confortavel para até 6 pessoas. Com todos os utensílios de cozinha. Ar condicionado sem cheiro ruim. Apartamento limpinho. Chuveiro bom.
