“Friendly staff, great rooms, only comment was that a couple of shower tiles were a bit loose and needed relaying. Definitely nicer and better value than the Novotel I’d stayed at in the city for the last few nights!”

“The accomodation is at best average. Very old and dated. The bed was hard/ firm and not overly comfortable. The ensuite was ok, but very old but serviceable. I couldnt recommend it other than it being the cheapest accomodation in the area.”

“Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife
and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked.
In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

“The shower recess floor and sides were cracked and mouldy.
The premises were old which is fine and expected but should be clean and maintained”
