We got in late, no one was there, but it was still seemless check in. The rooms had everything one needed. Also the rooms were set up good! Parking was easy, little sports bar next door was open late, so we got lucky. If ever in Tyler again, we would stay here for sure

The Thomas Hotel is simply amazing! We live in Tyler but some friends and I decided to have a little staycation to try it out. The staff was so accommodating and the check-in process was seamless and quick. The entire hotel is gorgeous with wonderful architecture and interior decorating.
