Perfect ocean view. Beautiful room and property. Only thing i would change is that there should be another elevator or ramp(s) so it would be easier to transport luggage to the room.

Unit was excellent. Building itself in need of maintenance. Elevator not working. Sinks stopped up. Toilet leaking. If you have a visitor they must park down the street. Only allowed 15 minutes parking.

Bedroom was so small was hard to get in and out of bed without hitting your foot into the wall or bed post. Pool had ants on the pool side , needed to be sprayed off daily. Patio was always hot , could have used a ceiling fan.

The condo we stayed in was super clean, kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking. Bed is extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is phenomenal, the dolphins put on a show every evening we could see from the beach or the balcony. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone.

I have had the BEST experience!! These guys took care of me from the second I arrived (waaay too early) until the second I left!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you Tybee Vacation Rentals and Beach & Racquet club!

I am impressed back the check in and out process, I just picked up the gate pass the check in box and dropped it off when I checked out….probably the best I have ever had. Filled out rental agreement online before I got there and that was it….Awesome!!!!

This entire complex was excellent. Our unit specifically was impressively clean. Very quiet area. We enjoyed the pool(s) and the super easy beach access. Will visit again, and again!

We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year.

the property itself was very adequate. nicely decorated, did have some issues, lightbulbs out,mold in the bathroom.no way to make accomadations for visitors, maintenance never came to fix these issues. staff in the office never answered phone calls and when we went to the office all they did was make excuses.when I made the reservation I was expecting a view of the ocean but it was only a side view. overall a disapointing stay.
