A good room for a great price! The place is a bit dated and worn but it’s always clean and quiet. We have stayed here several times now as we go to concerts right down the street at Mojave Gold. There are lots of places to eat close and we’ve found some gems there as well.

Park visitor center is 15 minutes, Black Bear and IHOP nearby. Shopping center across highway. We were here in early March 2026, it is windy and cool at night. Room has good insulation, didn't turn heat on. Good blankets. Attempted hotel wifi, but it didn't work and not that important. Beware there is no wifi or cell coverage once you go inside Joshua Tree NP. It is the wilderness isolation you traveled for.
