We booked for 5 nights at the property, when we turned up after driving over 3 hours we were unable to get in. After calling the Agent we were told there had been a mistake in the booking and the accommodation was double booked. The Agent managed to secure alternative accommodation, 15 km away, which was entirely unsuitable as we had packed for self catering in an apartment with all facilities, the offer that was made was a studio in a hotel complex with no cooking facilities and the only running water was in the Bathroom. We called the Agent and cancelled the whole trip. We contacted Experia on our return home who were instrumental in organising a full refund which we have now received. Kudos to Jaspreet for invaluable assistance. We still don’t know how the issue occurred and suggest that the local agent may know. Note to the unwary traveller, always check for key access codes via the Management Agency prior to travelling. All good now and we will continue to use the Experian App.
