The hotel felt very safe.Our room had a great view of the city. We especially enjoyed the 5th floor lounge/restraunt. Mary was very helpful and courteous when we had our breakfast. CLEAN ROOM:The only problem is that when the person does the cleaning, they don't check that the hair conditioner is empty, and when they clean the room they don't refill it, they don't change the towels, and the trash cans don't have liners. SPA: The two people who attended to us were very professional, respectful, had a positive attitude, listened to our requests, and gave us massages according to how our bodies felt.
